Yesterday not a glimpse of snow at my house..... Went to the job 6 miles inland and they  had snow covering the lawn.

This cold weather is killing the work for us, due to  the leaflet deliverers moaning that they won't deliver in minus 4  ::)roll

I always tell them there is no such thing as bad weather.... Just bad clothing, if there's snow  on the  ground don't come to work in flipflops  ::)roll ::)roll

Although I like in the wilds of Scotland, well that's the impression you'd get from the BBC's weather reports we've only had one minor road coving of snow all winter, but, If I drive as little as three miles it's like an Antartic landscape.

A couple of weeks ago the Graylag geese started to arrive and fill the fields as they do each " spring " poor sods are faced with frozen ground.

Although we are almost snow free it's VERY, VERY COLD due to the freezing wind.

- In a sheltered spot it was (almost) tee-shirt weather in Cheshire East (Lower Withington) mid morning today.
