when we have been removing peoples debts, we are going back over them and they keep appearing as still unpaid

so we began questioning ourselves had we forgotten

so after removing payment we began making job notes saying payment taken off etc

we have logged on this afternoon and checked payment from wednesday and one of them has appeared as unpaid again even after writing a note

has this happened to anyone else???

Interesting to hear that. I still use WCP on occasion and have had similar issues. I had put it down to just forgetting to update the records even though it was really unusual for me to not record a payment. I don't have a solution unfortunately.

Hi R,

I would suggest emailling brad and let him know, we had a problem recently and all our job notes disappeared and we could not add any eitheir. i emailled brad who asked us to send our last backup, there were no bugs and he could see all our notes and could add notes too, so he suggested to us to delete wcp in its enriety from the system (take note of activation code before doing it!!!) and then reload it up and reinstall the latest backup, and all our notes were there and we can add notes all again - but maybe email brad first!
