Has anyone else discovered the vast majority of the public think they are your only customer ? How far will you go to appease someone like this ?

i had one woman rang to get her windows cleaned as a one off, i told her i would do it later that day, which was agreed, i later rang  to let her know i was on my way and was told that she ws going out, she then asked me to clean them next day, which i told her i was in another area, so she said forget it. a couple of weeks later she rang again expecting me to clean her windows the next day,  i tried to be polite.
