I have recently carried out a case study on sales of our two ranges of Cleaning, Sealing, Problem Solvers and Stone Restoration products.  It is clear that the Professionals choice is Aqua Mix however since the resounding success of adding the LTP range of sealers in the last 18 months to our primary Aqua Mix Professional Range and the subsequent very encouraging sales growth I have decided to consider stocking two more ranges of sealers to enable us to offer more choice to tilers, cleaners and floor restorers. In addition there are various products in different ranges that will compliment and fill small gaps in the market left by the Aqua Mix Professional Range and the LTP Range.

1.  Does anyone have any preferences regarding any particular range?
2.  Do you regularly purchase a product that you like?
3.  Is there a particular range you would like to see stocked?

I have used Lithofin, LTP, yours (Aqua Mix)

Until recently, on my Tile Doctor jobs, I had to use their products. As they never seemed to work, I was forced to use my own removers and sealers. Now I have a garage full of Tile Doctor stuff which I can never use because it doesn't work.

Until 2010 or when he ran out of product  Russell at Tile Doctor used Aqua Mix products rebranded as his own Tile Doctor products hence the reason they worked. This arrangement was in place through Aqua Mix before Custom Building Products bought them out.  Then CBP pulled the Aqua Mix brand out of the UK and Europe.  I am told he replaced the products with one of his own and when they didn't do the job he resorted to apparently using LTP products instead. ( All this information is second hand and hearsay and indeed he may be using something else now.) None is confirmed however, when We signed the agreement with Custom Building Products to become the new UK & European importer of the Aqua Mix product ( The owners of the Aqua Mix Brand) part of the agreement was not to sell it as a private labelled product.  Hence the reason we now have dozens of Ex Tile Doctors buying the Aqua Mix Products!  The daft thing is all it takes is a phone call and I would let him have the product!!!  Provided he acknowledges it is Aqua Mix he is selling and not claiming it as his own product!

What do you think of the MN stainstop plus. It seems to be a sealant and intensifier I know the enrich and seal is a great product but needs care if the floor has been sealed before or just skip using it if unsure. I am interested in the intensifiers as they can make sandstone look really impressive but do not want to use an intensifier with a sealant over the top. Stain stop plus seems to fit that slot
