Facebook newbie question

Ok got my own personel facebook page but want to sort one for the business.

Do I create a page or start from beginning and will customers be able to see my own personel page ?

sorry if a little dumbass basic question but im of that age  ;D

No. Logout of facebook, on the bottom right it will say "Create a page for a celebrity, band, or business". Click on that, follow the pages - when it asks if you've got an existing page, enter your personal page then you can control your business page without constantly loggng in and out.

Customers being able to see your page (or not) is down to the privacy settings on your personal page - completely irrelevant to the business page.

When creating a page us the "Brand or product" option - - its the only one that allows you to select "Website" as your category,.. and using this feature can be great for SEO.
