Been trad for over 20 years now, this is the stupidest set up I've ever seen. Note frozen ground and maximum weight is at the top of the ladder!! DOH!!! The guy had a motor saw in his hands too!!

The conversation beforehand went something like this...................
"Bubba im gonna climb this here ladder with the disk cutter and get busy. But it's mighty icy on the ground here so im gonna need you to watch my butt!"

Firefighter no.2 replies "Sure thing Bosshog!"

Result: Epic fail!

The american firefighters are very gung ho , over here footing ladders is drummed into you from day one training .
If you google firefighter mistakes or similar there are loads on youtube .......all american .
