Anyone else having problems being paid by them?

I've been cleaning my local one for about 3 years and never had a problem (paid by BACS) up until august last year and now have quite a lot of money outstanding, i'm seeing the area manager next week, with all of these national chains disappearing from our high streets i just wondered if they were about to go as well.
Im not scared of heights, just falling from them.
