example when there is a spillage that needs treating prior to an event.
Contractors must be capable of cleaning and removing stains from all types
of carpet and other floorings, all types of upholstery and other soft
furnishings and all types of curtains and blinds.

other areas of the University. Suppliers must be capable of providing all
of these services. The services will mainly be required in the summer
vacations at student residences and a priority will be a quick turn round
service as rooms are used for conferencing at these times. Services will
also be required at Student Accommodation and possibly other areas of the
University such as the Conference Park on an ad hoc basis throughout the
year. Emergency provision may be required for example when there is a

GBP per year.
