Who cleans in Edinburgh ?

Just spent weekend up there and theres loads of glass in city centre and all the commercial parks around and about.

watched rugby match in a pub the locals were very very happy !

I was in Edinburgh last year, and the place was hanging. There is plenty of work not being done.
