By saying that I assume you have something to hide. If you haven't you've got nothing to worry about.

Yeah, I never like to start before eleven. Nine til ten is "blue sky/strategy" time, then I have my ten minute email window, where I might return 400 emails and quotes, all with  big words just for the sake of it, followed by a power nap and a quick reach out to the cosmos.
Mind you, if it's raining, windy, snowy, too hot or too cold I just stay in bed.

I found earnings per hour talk very helpful in getting me to price new work better and increasing prices on some existing work.
When i joined people scoffing at others claiming to earn £200 per day on here.
The trouble with posting figures is that they don't give an accurate account of the work involved or other factors which affect earnings.
I think earnings posts are a good thing in general.

I Use it as an advantage if others want to post earnings to see in my head if im doing ok. Anyone saying they regular do over £500 domestic daily is in a dream world or verey verey lucky to have a full round of £40+ small houses. At a guess £200 is the norm before deductions and expenses throughout the board with wfp.

it doesn't really matter if you post earnings or not because people believe what they want to believe and ust dismiss the rest.

Quoted a house where the lady quibbled my 16 trad price then started going on her wfp cleaner was cheaper at 15 and did it in fifteen minutes, so he was on 60 per hour!

when that rain is ping down and the wind chill factor is -20 and the wind is nearly blowing you straight into causality you wont be giving a poop what hourly rate you are geting you will wish you were working in a nice warm factory for the minimum wage when you go on holiday and you come back to all them mounting up bills and you have not had a wage for a few weeks and the weather is so harsh you are relying on your wife having a wage coming in you wont be in the mood for boasting about how much you can earn per hour i was working today in the freezing cold and by god i felt like raping it get real guy's this is a hard physical job and if wee earned the minimum wage it would be time to give it up you are worth every penny you earn that is why people pay us to do the job they are not stupid they know how long it takes us to clean their house and they have worked out in their heads how much wee earn but they are happy to pay us and still give us a tip

I dont care who knows how much or little i earn. As it happens its about £23 ph on the glass. But my expenses are high (like a few on here) as we are very rural.
The blokes who work for us do about the same or a bit more but get paid well for doing it.

Discussing income and figures pertaining to turnover. profit is not only bad taste, but foolish as you never know who is tuned in.All discussions are sometime egotistic and just showing off. There some things discussed on this forum are just a load of crap really.God forbid don`t try to educate its a taboo lets rather talk about what car you drive.
