Hants Facebook Group launched

I'm only a relative newcomer (7 months) and I don't necessarily share the same aspirations as some to build a global empire, that is for personal reasons and I have immense respect for those of you who have the business acumen, energy, time and drive to build big.

It is all relative in my opinion and one man/woman's personal goals will differ from the next whether you measure it by the mi££ions or measure it by the time you get to spend enjoying the freedom to spend maximum time NOT working and still paying the bills at the end of the month that being a window cleaner brings.  I am of the latter btw.

Anyway, enough waffling....

FACEBOOK

I recently audited my customer sources using George and just under 25% of my customers have come directly from my local 'For sale and Wanted' Facebook Group.

Percentage wise I think it would be difficult to argue that 25% is a very good return, comparable to all other streams I think.  I am not saying this is better than other marketing  all forms of gaining customers are good and should be utilised.

Anyway, if anyone in the Hampshire region is interested in joining the newly launched version of the same group that I am a 'member' of here is the link:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/forsaleandwantedhampshire/

And the one I am a member of for comparison:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/forsaledealanddover/

My local group has in excess of 9,000 members and is described by the person behind it as his 'Flagship Group', the Hampshire one is a fledgling group so I really would recommend you consider joining sooner rather than later to connect with the community as it builds.

iirc, membership which allows you to post as a Business (Ltd or Sole Trader) starts at £12 plus vat a month or £108 plus vat a year.  I think it is a great price when you consider that you could recoup that money from 1 single customer.

I think it would be prudent of me to mention that although I am not involved financially, I have been given admin rights to the group as I lived in Southampton for many years and Phil thinks I may be handy to 'have on board'.  Wise man lol.
