Chris in practical terms what is the difference between 'delete' and 'suspend'. With both options you get the option to reactivate the job. Surely shouldnt delete mean delete ~ gone, never to be resurrected?

Jobs are not really deleted to preserve any associated history, which is important to maintain consistent accounts.

Apart from being kept in separate lists, there's one other difference with deleted jobs: when all the jobs for a customer are deleted, any debt is automatically written off (converted to a Bad Debt).
