hi all
hope this year is good for everyone.

we just finished an end of tennacy clean in a shocking state. i warned customer that the results could not be certain.

she says its either have a go or new carpets so might as well try. funny thing for a rental it was 80/20 twist as it used to be her home.

so i have a free licence to use what i like on a wool carpet! went for spm hi level mix with soluboost.

some extreme and blitz on stains. fibre and fabric rinse in machine.

came up great first time custie well happy as she thought we couldnt get it good enough.

i have always been cautious usiing spm on wool, but  it was fine.

i wont be so hesitant in future took a lot of work out of the job compared to say mpower.

cheers

john

i did house a few weeks ago, instructions were to ignore the lounge as it was beyond cleaning and being replaced(customers words, and it was indeed bad) so being quite a newbie i saw it ask a training excersise and asked
if i could have a go at it even though it was being replaced, to which she said yes! did the rest of the house then had a play with spm and soluboost, agitated with sebo dou, (i now have a floormac which would of been most helpfull then), and low and behold, it isnt being replaced now!!!  one very impressed customer.......

What's the thinking behind adding Soluboost to a product that already has a boosting agent in the mix ?

I was told that SPM only has a low amount of soluboost added, a bit more works better (and I often add more to the mix myself).
