New Customer Details

Hi All,

I'm thinking of handing the below out to each new customer that I get from now on... Good idea or not?

In order for us to keep accurate details we ask our customers to provide the following information:

•   Name
•   Full Address
•   Telephone / Mobile Number
•   Email Address

Please be assured that we do not pass any customer details on to 3rd parties.

We would be grateful if you could email this information to andy@iconicwindowcleaning.co.uk at your earliest convenience.

We look forward to providing you with a professional and reliable window cleaning service.

The more info you can get from your customers the better.

Only thing I would change is specify postcode. My customer base is largeish and having the postcode is vital for me.

Why don't you just ask them for details when you quote the job?

If youre going to hand that out, you could put a 'customer number' on it. Could make life a bit easier for keeping track of payments

Why don't you just ask them for details when you quote the job?

You just need a name, surname and telephone number. The rest you can work out online.

You don't want to scare your new customer of before you even start.
Success is 1% inspiration, 98% perspiration and 2% attention to detail!

The older I get, the better I was ;)

Asking for the details to be sent by email is genius. An email address of your customers is priceless it is the most valuable asset that your business 'owns'

Email is the absolute method of communication.  Fact.
