Would this count to the NCCA s new scheme where you have to do a advanced spot and stain course to go up a level in their new structure?

Also would this count as a CEC for the IICRC?

A training day in the middle of the busiest time of the year? Turn down work to take a day off? How about running this in Jan or Feb?
