Has anyone considered fitting there van set up in a refrigerated freezer chiller van for insulation purposes?

Very expensive as they have to be well insulated. The compartment would be a box and I bet you loose about 25% of the rear van area. You also can't have long poles sticking though into the cabin area as there is an insulated wall between the driver and the cargo area.
You still need to bolt the tank down so you will destroy the water proof integrity of the base.
The weight of the conversion must also be considered which will reduce the payload of the van. The insulated unit will also have secondary doors behind the rear opening doors with heavy duty seals to retain its temperature. That extra frame work and doors are very heavy. Second hand vans will usually have all the refrigeration compressor, piping and exchangers still included. They will reflect in the value price of the van but will be useless to you. Taking it out will reduce the van's weight but worth nothing without the insulated unit.
Second hand refrigerated vans mostly have high mileages as the cost of conversion needs to be recooped through mileage.
Doesn't vote well as a WFP van to be honest. I haven't seen one used, and I doubt any of us have?
