its really put me off also quoted a job next weekend £60 inside conny and outside glass etc dont really want to do it now too risky have to use ladders to get to 2nd floor windows at rear think i will cancel it
Using a ladder to access a flat roof is a bit different to using a pole while up a step ladder.Also, the thread isn't about flat roofs.It's about doing something far more risky, having an accident and fortunately, the end result being nothing worse that a few grazes and a bit of cost.

yes actually stepped off extension onto step ladder ...One of those that convert into a ladder unkown to me i hadn't secured it properly done the window above extension caught the hose on ladder jerked it off hence it was no longer stable ....How do you guys do the inside of conservatory roof without using step ladders ?
