Y strainer and check valve outlets/Prochem Blazer problem
« on: February 01, 2006, 04:43:41 pm »
Hello,

I can't get either the Y strainer (outlet) or the adjacent check valve (outlet) undone on my blazer. Anyone got any ideas? I've tried wd40 but no luck so far. Also what spanner do you use as it's a bit of a git to get to?...typical Prochem.

Thanks,

Dave

are you talking about the brass oraface valve if so should be 24mm

always use a socket or it round being brass, whats your area like for limescale, that can weld it in  ;)
