Is it just me or do any of you guys had problems with them  ???
Took out insurance but no docs, emailed them many times no joy, rang them oh we sent back an email to you but will do it again still no joy left for a week rang back & said oh will post them out still no joy (but very quick in taking money!) I'm sure they are good just hope I don't have a claim as I'm sure it will be murder  >:(

always had excellent service from gleaming, last year we had to make a claim because one of my men had an accident and broke a part to a machine in a food procesing plant the part cost £6000 got in touch with Mark at gleaming and the client was paid out within the week, all i can say is excellent service
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

either they should have called me (id given them my number)or  had an online form to fill in for an instant quote.  if a potential window customer sends me an email wanting a quote i ring them back ASAP ,we all know thats how jobs are won or lost .
