bed at 10pm as i normally up at 6 to either be in the swimming pool at 6.30am weekdays,or out on me bike at weekends

i start work at 8most mornings

If I started at 10 it would ruin my day. If I'm not starting first thing I feel like I'm already behind, daft I know

I now go for the easy life. Very good prices and a leisurely days work. I used to be out at 8am and work like a madman till 5pm but those days are long gone.

I tend to finish early though if I can 5pm would be very late for me

Normally between 10-11 o'clock. Kids have me up anywhere between 6-7.30am

I aim for 4pm but on occasions it can be later.

I used to like a good start to the day and get the first few jobs out the way quickly but now, a good start is an easy relaxed one.

I have calmed down now, but past 20 years up until january thisyear, i would normally go to bed about 1.00am and up ready for work and out at 5.30am, dont know how i managed it now but i have always managed on only about 3-4 hours.

Still wake up like clockwork at 5, although take it easier these days.
