I would go for something were all the the shafts a metal as these suffer if plastic and there is plenty room to expand for the swelling hoses.Hot is a new learning curve in equipment.

HRM all the way , just get a spare manifold shaft as a precaution in case you get caught out by an unforseen freeze when not heating your van .
