I've been asked to quote to clean the communal areas in an old peoples sheltered accomodation home locally.
Downstairs there are a few watermarks, food spillages etc, but upstairs (2 floors) is relatively clean looking.

Ideally, I'd like to HWE downstairs (and bonnet dry), and Cimex the rest using encap.
I'm aware that Flotex responds to flooding, but has anyone encapped it? I also know it's hard work with a rotary, but I'm hoping with the 'planetary' (cheers, Jamie!) movement ofthe cimex, it won't be so hard to control.

Any experience?

Done loads with a cimex - shouldnt be a problem.

I wouldnt bother with the HWE its like trying to extract concrete.

Encap then bonnet afterwards to soak up the excess.

With regard to the drill.
Try and get one that has a separate speed adjuster from the main trigger.
