We need danger money!
« on: September 29, 2012, 08:07:43 am »
Went to a job yesterday morning at 8am, which to me seems a reasonable time to start work. Set up, started machine, went to wand and realised I had left my phone in the van. I went back to find this Gentleman screaming at me, something about me waking him up. At first I thought this Gentleman must have been working nights, so I remained calm, then I looked again and realised this Gentleman had never done a days work in his life! I suggested that perhaps if he should get a job I wouldnt have woken him up. I turned my back and this Gentlement thought it right to punch me in the back! To be honest I thought he was joking, it was only when I turned and saw the look on his face I realised he meant it. I had no choice but to shut him up, so with a quick right hook he found himself looking up at the sky. With that his lovely Wife came out and said she was going to call The Police????? I replied "Please do" They crawled back under there rock and I carried on with my day. Some people!!!!

Tut, Tut..................Well done, though some will disagree. You were threatened or attacked by someone while going about your business and you dealt with it. Effectively  ;D

I was in a well known area in Paisley when I came out to find someone rummaging in my van. Grabbed him and he swung at me, so I bounced his face off the van door unfortunately leaving a dent but worth it to see him scurrying away to his lair.

I had a guy step out in from of me on the approach to a roundabout how i stopped in time i don't know, after exchanging pleasantries i realised that my vehicle was covered in my contact details and as we all know what with google etc some people could make life awkward if they wanted too, made me think that the days of driving around in the company car and the usual road rage with drivers i may have to bite my lip in future.

had a knife pulled on me three weeks ago whilst working..... a proper, nasty, sharp knife, held out in classic im going to stab you position.  i should say at this point that i swiftly knocked him off balance with a well time sucker punch, grabbed his wrist, twisted it round forcing him to the floor and held him until the police arrived. however, not so, i chose to run like f@@k and get well away from him!!!!!!  worked well for me....................
suspect he was a care in the community client as there was no conflict between us, no connection, no reason at all for him going for me, apart from the fact i was there......  coward.... yes!   alive... yes!!!

Someone fired three shots at me in quick succession, so I went into a backflip, the bullets whistled millimetres from my head. I landed on my feet and jumped ninja like into the air both feet forward and caught him straight in the chest. His mate had got behind me and was just about to strike me with a fatal thrust of his knife when the wife shouted " dinners ready " so had to put the playstation on hold. phew that was close.  ;D

Well done Max

I was cleaning the carpets in a care home for mentally handicaped adults.
As i walked passed a flight of stairs a male resident appeared over the balcony and swang a thick leather belt at my face whilst smiling at me.Luckily the buckle just missed my eye.He then went beserk.
A male carer grabbed him and called for help.
Two attractive female carers appeared dressed in leotards to assist!
Seems that they had been doing aerobics while they should have been keeping watch on this guy!!
Luckily i still had both eyes so i could give these two the once over !

U carpet cleaners lead exciting lives  ;D

Over on the proper part of the board (window cleaning section obviously  ;D) the biggest problem we have is getting wet arms or big dogs staring at us whilst we work.

I've chained my key for the tm to the machine so such people can't run off with it. Only had one incident with an Old bloke who was ranting about the tm.
