I live in Brighton. Virtually all my work is along the coast between Peacehaven and Shoreham.

So if I get run over by a silver van - I'll know who done it. 

I'm in Shoreham quite often so if you see me, feel free to have a chat.

use WFP for most of your work

when you have to use ladders for access make sure you dont put ladders on wet decking,mossy wet flags or imprinted concrete.

use a ladderstopper like the rojak or something similar.

if it looks too dodgy for ladders and is a pain  dump the job.


i only use ladders a few times a week.usually to unlock or climb over a gate.sometimes to get on a flat roof but they are very few and far between these days.

I believe that ladders are as safe (or dangerous) as the person using them.

If you are careful and use a little common sense they are fine.
