conny roof / gutter cleaning-wfp

I'm too soft on conny roof/outside gutter soffit cleaning pricing.

What should I charge an existing custy for say a moderately soiled Edwardian type with say ten panels in a "thruppeny" bit shape?

And say 30ft (side of a semi) of guttering/soffit in similar condition?
It's a game of three halves!

I dunno, always takes a bit longer than I reckon because I think I'm a bit fussy and then I look at some of the blisteringly clean "after" pictures on here and think I'm not fussy enough!
