Bought a blue pf reel last month, seemed ok but it's twisted
. Think it's due to it being too wide and shallow, making it harder
To wind hose reel in, more energy/ force is then needed thus twisting unit.
Think they need to redesign it to be tall and narrow so making it
Easier to wind in. Simple gearing realy , suprised an engineering
Firm to be the physics wrong.
I have emailed them today and waiting for a response
