loncin washer pressure loss
« on: August 12, 2012, 11:53:34 am »
Using my washer n it seems to have lost its pressure. No real kick from what it previously had. Machine is drawing water ok from wheely bin but other end poor when washing. No leaks on hose or fittings. Engine speed up and pressure up but very poor washing.

I have just done a very quick look for Loncin pressure washers and the two I have looked at both have Interpump pumps!

I know of the make but cannot say too much because I have never really seen one in use.

What is it pumping like with nothing connected after the pump?. Have you tried this?

Give it over to the service people and let them put it right - that would be my solution!

gonna order the parts and give it a go. Not much to these pumps. Have stripped down  pumps before in  factory i worked in. We had to strip them every few days and get them all cleaned down along with the control solenoids for opertaing them.

Just take my time and i should be fine.

buy the valves, o rings, oil and gaskets and give it a go.

You wont need o rings or oil. you shouldnt be touching the oil part of the pump. just the pump head which holds the valves/seals. also need to get the right valve kit and seal kit to match the pump.
