Had a few of these recently, get em Good and clean first time for a normal monthly price as agreed, usually taking slightly longer to get up to standard making next cleans easy.
Only to go back next month and be told they don't need doing.
I've started charging around 150% normal price for first clean and then back to normal monthly price after that. Also thought about asking for two cleans up front but thought that may deter some custys away.
In my experience it's mainly younger people 20-40 y/o's with the elder generation being reliable and will openly tell you it's a one off.

We always charge more for the first clean!! usually double due to the time and ball ache involved!
