got my small brochure from a supplier, and the one thing that drew my attention was the aquaroto brush, looks like that could be handy for a few jobs, like under guttering conservatory's, and much more, have a look at the video in the link

its an excellent wee brush there joe, i have devised a way of getting a hoselock adaptor ontop of the diy poles like skyblue etc by feeding the 10mm OD hose up the pole and through the SMALL hole of the adaptor (as opposed to the the usual fitting round the hole if you see my point) then glue the top of the pole and slide the hoselock adaptor down onto it ( by opening the pull back clips ) and it stays on.

i am thinking of using a hoselock brush or halfords one, or even that one you posted to use on top of it to get the high hard to reach bits like in between balconies etc.

here is some pics of what i mean, i put a hoselock on the vikan to show what i mean but i am thinking of the smaller brushes which i will need to buy.

Its actually for cleaning alloy wheels, motorbikes, bmx........ Personally I think it will be good for doing the finials on top of conservatories....

on the pics above, when i bought the skyblue i binned the top 3 sections as they are normally useless, however with the method i descibed above i reckon i could have got away with keeping the next section on but i will need to wait till i buy another pole to find out :

they had on running from a trolley at the show. there is a problem with water pressure to get the brush working efficently. they had put a bypass on the brush to compensate this. i got to go out to hugh crane who developed it so i will find out what the issue was

that will be a great for cons scrimman, and running from the custys outside tap, and you would not need the jets as the water would flow through the vikans own built in jet holes, i like the idea that you can ad on almost any apparatus, nice one,
and may be more usful on a clampless pole

Thanks joe, i intend to buy a whole range of brushes where i can interchange as and when required to test out, i will keep that pole for that purpose, although i prefer the jets as opposed to the water channel that vikan has ( the flow rate aint that good when used with the pumps, but excellent when used from the taps directly.

i ran the idea past peter at aquatech last year when i thought of it and the guys at cleantech, but because the pressure wasnt that good through the pumps i dont think they rated it

One immediate use I can think of is for getting rid of moss on the roof spars on conservatories. I've never found a satisfactory way of tackling this particular problem. The pure water doesn't seem to have much effect on it so I've resorted to scrubbing with a stiff brush or tie-wrapping a plastic windscreen scraper onto a pole and scraping with that.

A rotating water fed brush may be a better way of doing it. Couldn't be worse!!!

hay guys ive just notice ive got one back of my toilet but its  a bit bigger will that do.
