Have you tried starting up your computer in safe mode, this way you will be able to access your files

Chris

A risk assessment would take into account all of the surrounding criteria and only you have that knowledge.

Things to consider would be,

All of the various area/s you will be driving  and working on,
Windspeed,
Working height,
Overhead utilities,
Driver/user capabilities,
Method of work/s
Other contractor/s/individual/s in immediate work/s area/s
Your impact on the immediate area/s
What work/s will be carried out

My risk assessment and method statement for our latest work - Whitby last week was 30 pages long and took into account things as diverse as Weils disease

If I had had a site visit then I would be able to do a risk assessment very easily but it really ought to be site specific.

I am sure by now you have it sorted.

Good luck

Rob ;D
