Had a call today - job has a blocked hopper and gutter - cleared approx 18 months ago ( not by me ) but according to
the client water splashes out of the hopper and causing damp so may require some repair or flashing
basically it's too far for me to travel to quote for what maybe a small clear job.

poor lady isn't inundated with 30 w/c's trying to do the job !
