www.collectmyround.co.uk

Server based, so no problems with having to save data, or of you lose laptop etc, you can log on from anywhere,on anything.
I use with iPhone and iPad

Mr B

You can pay a one yearly sub of £60 if you don't want the auto email invoice function.
If in doubt.....Leave it out !!

How is planmyjobs with debt list order ie can I sort it via postcode instead of just day or job order?. Also can I plan a work route and swap things about on a days work. Eg mrs jones needs doing at 8am so can I have that as job 1 for an employee to follow and stick to a route??.

Currently customers are sorted by house number and street name. There's no way to change that.

WCP will do what you want but it's not a portable app.

I have a iPhone , but untill someone come up with an app.  to work like pocket George , I will continue to use George / pocket George.
Problem with sever based solutions is  you need Internet access, which is not possible on my iPhone 100% of the time.

Download the app Skyfire and use Aworka exactly the same as you would if you were on your Pc.

You say it's a problem if you don't have Internet access but don't you sync your Aworka app before leaving. That way you have your days work details with or without Internet access.

Tam, thanks for letting me know. I remember you signing up as an issue was noted. However, you did create a username as that was logged. Can you not sign in at all?

Contact form - classic case of it was working, now it's not. We're sorting it out.

I'm currently working out my round on a program called bento. Up until now I had been using George but its windows and palm, I'm a mac user and have several iOS devices on the go. From what I can tell you after a few days of using bento is that it works. The iPhone app is nowhere near as nice as the iPad app but it works for both sheaduling jobs and tallying payments and debt lists and all devices sync wirelessly back to the computer. Not overly expensive either.

Simon.

Yes, you can add notes to your customers. Quite a vital thing I would've thought! I use PlanMyJobs myself for my window cleaning round of several hundred customers so it's been given a good going over. I've seen that PMJ provides a good, fast and solid working environment.

Tam - we're sorting your issues out and will be in touch ASAP.
