Shop front,blade marks,scratches? New

I have been cleaning a shop front trad for the 4 th time today,i noticed loads of arc scratches or marks all over the glass only shows in gleaming sun close up,but never noticed before,could theses be old mark or is it common for shop fronts?

Are the marks scratches or do they rub off?
Fanning can leave these type of arcs if you are not careful.
Some of the reasons may be: Too much soap, working too fast for the solution to drain, squeegee angle etc.
