even better when it freezes on the glass, I tend not to charge extra for that service although it looks rather cool

I once lost a customer because I cleaned her windows when there was snow on the ground. It wasn't snowing, in fact if I remember correctly it was bright and clear blue sky.

Cleaned her windows when she was out and left a note. When she returned home she went ballistic. Ridiculous! ridiculous! I'm not paying its ridiculous, in this weather! ridiculous, totally ridiculous etc

I rather got the impression, before my mobile phone melted against my ear, that she didn't think cleaning in the snow was quite the done thing.

I once did a house with a large conservatory in freezing temps; the house windows were fine; the house was heated, but when I started cleaning the conservatory - a big un - it all ended up looking like frosted glass.

frost guarentee is a new one to me, but will add that to the list , at the end of the day if the windows are fine when they dry out/ thraw does it really matter if the finish is fine once this has happened don't lose sleep over it, been clean wfp years in real cold weather it makes no difference if it does and you get a compalint re clean it, simple as that really. don't beat yourself worrying what if, it only causes stress

if it rains in the winter do you worry how long it take the dry (the answer your lokking for is no) worry here is for nothing guys honestly it is.

I think I am not going to pay my Southern water  company in the winter because the taps outside have no water coming out.Its a rip off. Is there no shame in these stupid customers how ignorant they are.Its the state of brain power in U K today.

I had a numpty come dashing out his house this week, what you doing ,err washing frames down first then i will clean the windows,customer not using that method i can do that myself,not with this you carnt theres over grand of equpment.so got my ladder off  for £4.00 job
