Chem-Dri / Shrinkage
« on: January 23, 2006, 06:15:30 pm »
Although Chem-Dri claim to guarantee against shrinkage because of
The unique cleaning type system they use,I`ve heard some franchise
Operators use water extraction machines in their routine. In my experience
Water extractors can be `lethal` on some axminsters and Wiltons. How
And where do the Chem-Dri company stand legally etc.in the case of
A franchise operator shrinking a carpet and not being able to correct any
Damage caused thru` hot water extraction cleaning on their part.?
