Description of the contract:
The awarding authority are seeking expressions of interest for the following:
The facilities: The ladies, gents and disabled public toilets are located within the kings square shopping centre,
the ladies toilets comprise four toilet cubicles along with four wash basins, a pull down baby changing unit and
a store room, the gents
toilets comprise of three cubicles a multi urinal, four sinks and a store room, the disabled unit is a single fully
equipped disabled toilet unit. Electronic hand driers are mounted in each toilet along with various wall
mounted sales units. the awarding
authority requires quotes for the following: daily one hour deep clean of ladies, gents and disabled toilets in
Kings Square Shopping Centre 8am - 9am. Ten minute hourly inspection, clean/tidy as necessary of all three
facilities between the hours of 9am
- 5pm close and lock toilets at 5pm service required Mon - Sat, Sundays maybe required in the future, please
quote a separate cost for Sundays, Bank Holidays will be required dependent upon shopping centre hours,
there will be no requirement on Xmas Day,
Boxing Day and New Years Day. All disposables and consumables supplied by the awarding authority Markets
Service, necessary repairs to be notified immediately to the markets manager.
