Been about 5 years since I used them. (started with a couple of shurflos) 

Need to drop a lad on a couple of jobs here and there. Just wondering what you guy would recommend.

Any new developements I might have missed? Shurflos took a right battering but the switches all needed bypassing within a couple of months and you could only pick them up with the strap..

Not overly, but I only use mine for awkward access windows. The pressure is good though.

I had a trolley before the backpack and hated it. It was hassle lifting in and out of the van, and a pain to pull around the back or terrace houses which is what I bought it for. The back pack is good and comes in handy, but you can't beat a van mount. A trolley will only hold an extra 7 litres anyway, so it's not going to get much more work done than a backpack

i have just brought a 16l ecomomy back pack from john hewitt on ebay good tool
good pressure under £100 only problem is no flow control so i feel water goes to quickly..... hope this helps.....

Ive had the ones from hewitts n both the switches and pumps only tend to last about three months before your changing them

i have a van mount but have uses for backpacks all over, i find the wcw ones are the best for us, fit with a tap or aquadapter and strap it to a sack trolly with 10-20 meters of extra pole hose
