I started just after 9am... I was knackered by about 3pm, but pushed through it and finished at 5:15pm. I was at home drinking a beer in the garden by 5:45pm  ;)

7.50am - 3pm. It was really hot but only a sign of things to come. Our bodies will aclimatise soon enough and we will all have t-shirts tans to be proud of!
Just having a beer now

you could be a little dehydrated, I always stock up on isostar hydrate & perform, £4 a tub of 10 tablets, 2 per drink, so 5 days.

give it a try, 2% dehydrated can affect you by 20% of your normal you

I agree, but water doesn't replace all the amino acids etc you loose through sweating. There are no dodgy chemicals, it's made by Isostar and athletes of all abilities use it.

true that other stuff messes my guts up, best just to keep topped up with water ..... if you're thirsty it is usually to late , should just drink little and often
