I also have my seo done for nothing, its trades of with the window cleaning I do at their office.

all I need now is my landlord and sainsburys as well as a travel company and I sitting pretty I already do a lot of pubs, so thats sorted

Take into consideration I employ 1 person on a part time contract. She supplies payslip on a monthly basis.

Where are you/he based Ian?

He was in Tamworth until recently but is now nearer to Rugeley, Staffordshire.

It depends what you need your accountant to do for you. If he does payroll etc. and you meet up a lot then the cost will of course shoot up.

I meet hime once a year where we discuss the accounts he is prepaing for filing. This is best done face to face but could ultimately be done over the phone. Aside from actually getting your accounts to and from him any distance shouldn't be an issue.
