without a doubt it will be mate, don't forget to add a support under the reel as it will sag very quick weight is about 20kg

Yeah gonna do that in a bit Ian. I think I should have given the wood some sort of waterproofing also?

Once I get a varistream... im sorted I think.
Might get a second DI to save on resin, not that im totally sure as to how it works.

Nice one James, 100m will make life easier than 40m on the reel. Neat and simple, keep it tidy is the way to go, good luck   ;D

i have had that real for well over a year now and it is quality never let me down and bacause of the metal going across is really easy to bolt down

@ Cliff - The reel and hose was a friends that he no longer needed. I had to order a new centre piece for it, as the old one was split and leaking.

@ Richard  - Yes it does seem pretty sturdy (compared to my plastic one anyway)  ;D

@ Blue frog - I have 2 x 125ltr tanks
