Never lowered a price, but have not increased some for over 6 years because they are so well priced.

If it takes 2 hours you should definitely not lower your price, you can't treat this as an hourly rate as you still have overheads and need money to re invest

I dropped an 8wkly 3bed detached (no conny) from £15 to £12 because the owner said it was a bit high and she's struggling - as soon as I dropped it she said "that's great, think I'll have it done every month now"

So the customer was struggling, and then decided to pay £24 per year more overall? Really odd?
