Does water going into the resin di, deteriorate at the same rate regardless off high or low tds reading?

do you mean, does the resin wear out/use up at the same rate.

if thats what you mean, then no.
the higher the TDS then the quicker the resin will get ruined.

It also depends on the water content. I've changed my water supply and halved the incoming tds to around 70 ppm. However the new supply is very high in Iron content and resin life has so far remained the same.

Thanks- reason being, output from ro was at 21ppm changed all filters and membranes output down to 6 ppm. Changed resin di at same time, nice zero ppm but within the 1500 litres ppm started creep up. I still getting 6ppm before di. I always let the water get to the min ppm before connecting to the di.  ???
