Do you think this is a fair price.

Item number: 180865713839

Seen this round on Ebay, although the round is not for me,I just wondered what your thoughts are regarding the sale price  :o,taking into account that there is no wfp equiptment or van setup, and the turnover is only £1600 per 4 weekly cycle,it's getting harder each year to keep up with this ole game, and understandably the prices of rounds are increasing more each year, although you can still pick up the odd bargain round here and there,do you think this is good value for the price ???.

(Also I dont wish to offend the owner of this round in any way if he is a member of this forum).

Regards Brian  ;D.

My thoughts exactly,I myself would have valued this round at around £8K tops, for an established & compact round.

I've just seen the same round now advertised on a "rounds for sale website",asking price is now slightly lower at £14K  :o :o.

Regards Brian.

just noticed on ebay that this round has now been reduced to a starting bid of 8K,apparantly his daughter placed the ad and by mistake entered the wrong price ;D,now seems to be a good investment for someone.
