speeding

got court speeding in my van annoying thing his it was coming down a steep hill which his hard to keep to speed limit will this affect my ins and first time in 17 years i been court  :'(

If you only get 3 points and weren't well over the limit probably won't make any difference.

you can do a speed awarness course I think instead of getting the points, using an excuse that you could not keep within the limits is a poor one lol
