Starting to get the "better not have my windows done; there's a hosepipe ban" brigade ...

And there isn't even a ban yet just an "environmental warning" all over the news - thanks BBC Bristol!

I just soldier on but I'd hold off starting up right now.
It's a game of three halves!

Are you honestly saying that your customers are cancelling their cleans to an extent that affects you,or are you just bored and starting up a worthless topic?.... :)

Just tell them not to worry as you use your own water and show them your tank.  ;D

Public opinion counts.

If they are not moaning about having them cleaned in the rain, they are moaning about having them cleaned in the drought.

I am looking into a little sideline, in case it gets worse.

To add insult to injury we need it to pee down for months before it will get any better, and by that time it will be winter again, and everybody will be peed off after a crappy summer.

if it is dirty it is fair game

I cant see that it is a concern though....
You are not on a ban,and i cannot believe for one minute that you have a flood of customers who are cancelling because there maybe a shortage that will affect your overall income significantly.
Over here in the east the majority are on a ban, fortunatly we are not,but literally within 5 mins drive they are...yet i have had nobody ask me to leave it along with other cleaners in my area....
all hot air mate.....
