removing muck from self cleaning glass

A couple upper windows have some birds mess on and the brush won't remove,don't fancy scraping as I'm sure the film or however there made would scratch ,how do you guys get it off

scrub and repeat - it will come off - soak with pure and when scrubbing don't press hard - you need the tips of
the brush bristles to do the work - a light 'tapping' motion removes the bird strike very effectivly
