Craftex champion or ubik 2000 both a high ph, great for the job

If you want to clean the fabric - forget it - you'll spend a long time trying to get it clean with very
poor results - either the algea or warks wont come out or the material starts to breakdown resulting in holes

The best you can hope for from wfp is an improvement, and from a jet wash....... many years ago......

I would be wary of any chem's. Maybe just stick with warm water and a large soft / medium bristled brush.

I'd check with the manufacturer how cleaning will affect the weatherproofing and whether OK to clean with anything other than water.

If they say OK to use more than warm water I would steer clear of any high ph stuff. Either use a neutral ph or a microsplitter (MPower might even help with the Mildew).

Either way speak with the manufacturer first and take it from there.

Unless it was my own I'd steer clear as the amount you could charge will be low compared to the time, effort and risk involved.

Winsol Awning Cleaner works very well, on both vinyl and fabric. It works best if you can foam it up. But if it is a fabric awning and has years of in-ground dirt, frame/rust runs it will do an alright job but will not be 100%.
