very wise advice - thats why I've got 3 cones - 1 on the patio table, 1 on the head of the gnome and 1 in the pond (they do float you know) - that way you can work in a hazard free fashion

this time last year i sprained my ankle playing football with my brothers kids.off for 3 weeks on crutches!expensive loss of earnings when these things happen out of the blue.luckily ive learned over the years to always have an emergency fund ready to dip into when needed.

i still get twinges of pain in it even now.the doctor said it will never be the same again!

one things for sure i wont be playing football with the kids again this easter unless its me in goal and no running for the ball!!

take it easy and watch out for that hose!ive nearly tripped up on mine a few times!usually when im looking up poling!!!

best wishes

i thought a reason that people change from using ladders to wfp is health and safety, i have never had an accident using ladders, but i have had 3 accidents that ladders were not the cause of.
