We are having a warehouse clear out due to relocation and have used Numatic Henrys, wet vacs, Dowding and Plummer high speed buffers, (sorry no standard speeds) a few auto scrubber driers, half a dozen or so Rotowashes, a Bane portable CC machine and a Bane truckmount system c/w reels tanks (not in a van but can be fitted for you) etc
These can either be bought 'sold as seen' or serviced and PAT tested, vacs can have new pipes and tools supplied if required.

South Shields can be a great day out for all ages. In addition there is a variety of canibalised gear we use for spares. The majority of it looks rubbish but if its parts you are after ..... plus 3 x 40' containers, 2 x 25' Portakabins (all wired for ITC) and a 20 footer double site office, site tool store, miscellaneous cleaning materials, brick acids (nothing wrong with them just odds and sods).
We have Janitorial vans servicing Yorkshire and the NE so items could be delivered (to fit in with our scheduled drops) alternatively it's cheap enough to just stick things on a pallet these days. Phil D
