2 quid a french door

3 quid a bay window
1.50 a front door
1 pound more if there is a access problem if I need to text/ phone or go over a wall.
gutter cleaN IN AND OUT 5 QUID A METRE.outside only 2.50
Conny roof 4 quid  per roof panel, if flat a little I add 5 quin on 4 total price
drive way clean with power hose 3 quid a sq metre.
. 2 quid more if you pay later than 10 days
these are my guide line prices based on monthly cleans

This^ but have a minimum price per job, ie £10.. so even if a job come to only £5 or £6 you use your min price of £10. Personally I now have a min of £25, because I don't want to mess around with little jobs anymore. If the job is a little bit off of my main round I tend to chance my luck a bit and work out the price and then add £5 or £10 sometimes more depending on the size of the job, I've got lots of excellent work that way!!

Let him do it.
I can already see the next couple of posts asking for help.
How do I replace and repaint the finials? These black sponge seals came flying out - any idea where to put them? How do i get the water out from inside the polycarbonate roof sheets? i have ruined my customers curtains, had no idea it would go through the trickle vents.  :o :o

It can be done with pressure turned right down and a top quality brush attachment on a long lance (long = long enough to safely reach the furthest point), but you have to know what you're doing otherwise all of the above could apply. You'll also need to use a decent prespray.

as soon as the seal start to bend the problem will start con roofs seals are not made to be pressure washed directly.  I did this when I first started as didnt no any different

Firstly I do have a minimum price which is 11 quid as one has expenses before you lift a pole to do any work.
There was a fellow on CIU a few month ago asking if any one used a pressure waster on connies.Every went mad at him say all the stuff about blowing seals and the chap came back a day or two later and reported a excellent result . Si I think it can be down with a pressure at about 110 psi but one must know what you are doing. If you have a long pole with a 340 degree bend so the nozzle faces back from from the roof I don`t see how you can blow the seals unless you are a numty. I have also done but never said so because of the back lash one would get.
